In case of servicing or a claim we will send you the original box FREE of charge, arrange the collection of your trolley, its repair and delivery back to your door. Safe and worry-free!

We know that with online sales, transporting bulky goods from the customer, for example to the service centre or for a claim, is a problem, and most customers do not keep the trolley box after unpacking because of its size. That is why we take care of our customers even after the sale itself.

For this reason we have prepared a service that saves you both time and money. You do not have to look for a large box and packing material, and we save you the time and effort of taking such a large parcel to the post office as well as the cost of shipping such a bulky consignment.

For warranty or post-warranty servicing of a trolley purchased from us, we will send you the original box free of charge. You simply pack the trolley into it and protect it perfectly against any damage in transit. After the service we deliver the trolley back to the address of your choice free of charge and have the empty box collected again by our courier.

The service is available for trolleys purchased from 1 August 2025.

Before visiting the service centre, please download and fill in the service protocol, send it in advance to info@aaagolf.eu and then contact us for further instructions.

Please add photographs to the service protocol if the defect is visible on the goods.

If you send the goods by carrier, make sure they are properly packed and that the individual parts of the trolley and its accessories (battery, charger) are separated to prevent possible damage in transit.
