Transport service for an electric trolley

A transport service available to anyone who owns a Davies Caddy, AXGLO or PG-Powergolf electric trolley. For trolleys purchased at daviescaddy.cz or aaagolf.eu from 1 August 2025, this service is completely free of charge for 2 years from the date of purchase. To qualify for the free service, please send us the serial number of the trolley or the invoice.

We offer this service when you are arranging a warranty or post-warranty repair and cannot deal with the transport yourself, or do not have suitable packaging to protect the trolley properly against damage in transit.

We will send the right packaging, including the box, to your address together with packing instructions. We then book a courier and have the trolley in its box delivered to our service centre. Once the warranty or post-warranty repair is complete, the trolley is sent back to your address in the box. The courier collects the empty box again the following day. You do not have to worry about anything – just pack and unpack the trolley and hand the empty box to the courier, who comes right to your door (or to any address you choose).

This service is for you if: • You own a Davies Caddy, AXGLO E5 or PG-Powergolf electric trolley and need a warranty or post-warranty repair – trolleys purchased at daviescaddy.cz or aaagolf.eu after 1 August 2025 get this service completely free for 2 years from purchase on presentation of the proof of purchase or the invoice number (photo, scan, copy in the parcel or a note in the order) • You need a repair of a trolley bought elsewhere and cannot deal with the transport • You do not have suitable packaging to keep the trolley safe in transit • You want to be sure of reliable transport in which the trolley will not be damaged

Once your order is complete, we will e-mail you a link to the online service form – please fill it in so that we can accept the trolley for service. As soon as you have packed the trolley into the collection box delivered by the courier, let us know by e-mail on which day you would like it collected from your address. Next-day collection can only be arranged if ordered by 12:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact collection time. The courier follows a planned route that cannot be changed at our request.
